All our masks are hand sewn individually hence, each piece may have variance in terms of sewing style, size and color tones and may not be deemed as defect. All masks are strictly not returnable due to hygiene purposes

Note :
Each mask comes with inserts for to insert extra filter protection and it should be replaced every 7 days or 48-72 hours if heavy usage. To wash mask, remove the filter and then put the mask in soap diluted with warm water. Gently knead, clean and dry for a few hours.

Stretch out the linen, iron when damp (do not iron the elastic) and leave to dry naturally. Avoid tumble drying.

Each mask comes with a complimentary multi-layer PM2.5 filter. Additional filter can be purchase here (https://www.double-woot.com/filter-inserts)
