DOUBLEWOOT RETURN POLICY
Return Eligibility
All returns must be shipped back within:

5 working days from the date of delivery for orders within Malaysia.

Doublewoot accepts returns for most regular-priced items, except:

Purchases made using promotional discount codes (e.g. Mother's Day codes, Citibank codes, and other special promotional codes)

Returns are permitted once per order number only. Any order placed using return credit, store credit, or exchange credit will not be eligible for subsequent returns.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, all items must:

Be in their original condition

Have all original tags attached

Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

Be free from stains, odors, perfume, makeup marks, pet hair, or damage
Items that do not meet the above requirements will be rejected and returned to the customer.
Items should not be soaked before returning. Any colour bleeding or damage resulting from washing, soaking, or improper handling will not be considered a product defect and will not qualify for return.
Return Documentation
All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice slip.
If you have misplaced your invoice slip, you may reprint it from your Doublewoot account before sending your return.
Return Processing
Once your return parcel has been received and inspected, our Returns Department will process your request.
For approved returns, a Return Credit Voucher will be issued via email within approximately 2–3 working days after receipt of the returned item.
Doublewoot reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with this Return Policy.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Returned items remain the customer's responsibility until they are received by Doublewoot.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Doublewoot is not responsible for parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.
Customers should retain their tracking number and proof of postage until the return has been successfully processed.
Reward Points, Discounts & Credits
Any reward points, vouchers, promotional discounts, or discount codes used on the original order will be forfeited upon return and cannot be refunded, reinstated, or reused.
Purchases made using store credit or return credit are not eligible for additional reward point accumulation.
Unless otherwise stated, all store credits, vouchers, and gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
Additional Conditions
Doublewoot reserves the right to decline requests to combine returned items with new outgoing orders.
All approved return decisions are final. Any further requests relating to the same return may be declined.
Doublewoot reserves the right to reject returns that show signs of abuse, excessive return activity, or non-compliance with this policy.
Product Variations & Non-Defect Conditions
The following situations are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not eligible for return under defect claims:
Colour Variation
Product colours may vary slightly due to studio lighting, monitor settings, and device displays. Please allow up to 20% colour variation between product images and the actual item received.
Measurement Tolerance
Measurements provided are approximate. Due to fabric properties and manufacturing tolerances, a variance of 1–2cm may occur and is considered acceptable.
Customers are encouraged to compare measurements with their existing garments before placing an order. If assistance is required, please contact our Customer Service team.
Printed Fabrics
For printed garments, variations in print placement, pattern alignment, symmetry, and minor colour patches may occur between individual pieces. Such variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Minor Imperfections
Minor imperfections such as loose threads, crease marks, or slight finishing inconsistencies are not considered defects and do not qualify for return under defect claims.

Non-Defect Conditions
The following situations are not considered product defects and are therefore not eligible for defective-item claims:
a. Colour variations between product photos and actual items (e.g. fuchsia appears redder under different lighting conditions).
b. Minor design variations from product photos, including print placement, lace arrangement, embroidery positioning, or pattern alignment.
c. Measurement variances within ±3cm of the stated measurements.
d. Minor imperfections such as loose threads, crease marks, fabric texture variations, or finishing inconsistencies.
e. Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, washing, alteration, or self-inflicted cuts and tears.
f. Subjective opinions regarding quality, comfort, fabric feel, workmanship, or personal preference, including issues such as loose inner ribbon loops or inner lining concerns.
Defect Verification
All defect claims are subject to inspection and approval by Doublewoot's Returns Department.
Clear photographs and supporting evidence may be requested. Doublewoot reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies as defective under this policy.

Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour of the same collection, the item must meet all return eligibility requirements stated in this policy.

Exchange Charges
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to Doublewoot.

Different Design or Collection
Direct exchanges for a different design, style, collection, or product are not available.
If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the original item in accordance with our Return Policy. Once approved, Store Credit will be issued and may be used to purchase any preferred item available on our website.
