CUSTOMER SERVICE/WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT (FULL TIME)

Location:
Butterworth/Penang

Jobscope:

1. Liase with customer email/social media enquiries and phonecalls
2. Process orders, forms and requests and return items
3. Manage customer accounts, interactions and transactions
4. Assist in administrative, stock count, marketing and communications aspects where required

Working hours:
Monday-Friday. 8am-5pm.
Saturday 930am-130pm.
Able to stretch your hours when meeting deadlines.
