You can return conveniently at any Collectco points nationwide. CollectCo point includes Caring Pharmacy, Thunder Match, Senheng, Fotokem, Mydin, Happy Mart, Focus Point and more. Most CollectCo points open early till late, 7 days a week. Choose a point that’s convenient and return at a time that suits you. Find your nearest point here.

How to return:

1. 1. All new returns have to be submitted via your Account --> http://double-woot.com/customer/orders
2. 2. Pack your parcel securely.
3. 3. Print and stick CollectCo return label to the parcel. Get your CollectCo Return Label here
4. 4. Drop off your parcel at any CollectCo point (Simply pass to the counter), and ask the shopkeeper to check-in your parcel.
5. 5. You should receive a confirmation email from CollectCo. Track your returns here.
