  • Is it safe to shop online?

    It is safe to shop online and Doublewoot keeps your information discreet. The payment gateway we use is Ipay88 - is an Internet Payment Service and Solution operated by Mobile88.Com Sdn Bhd, a MSC status company since 2006. Also the courier service we use which is Pos Malaysia, Aramex (International) which guarantees that your parcel been delivered to your doorstep.

  • Should I register?

    We advice you to register with us before making a purchase to ensure that your mailing address is correct and you can trace back your purchase.

    So how do I register?

    Click on the left bar of the page and fill out your email address and preferred password. You will also have an option to sign up for our mailing list, which includes sale notifications, new arrival updates and discount coupons!

    What happens if I forget my password?

    Just click on forgot password and we will email your password to your registered email address.

  • Is my order Successfull

    All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your order summary in "Account" (if you have an account) or your email junk folder. Alternatively, you may email us at admin@double-woot.com to check.

  • Shipping and Handling

    How long does it normally takes to ship out items once payment is made?

    Doublewoot process your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 24 hours.
    Item will be delivered to your doorstep the next 1-2 days (Pos Laju) / 3-8 working days (International).

    You may check the status of your order by logging into your account, click "Account" at the top right hand of the webpage and click "Orders" - "History".Check the status of your parcel here by keying in your tracking number

    All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when your check out based on weight & your shipping country. 
    Estimated time would be from 3-8 workind days and delay could be subjected to customer clearence.

     

  • How to shop at Double-woot.com?
    1. Please login or if you're not an existing member, create an account at double-woot.com by clicking on the “Account” on the top right-hand corner.


       
    2. Then, add items to your bag by clicking the “Add to cart” button on the product page.


       
    3. This will lead you to your Shopping Cart. You have the option of whether to continue shopping by clicking the close icon (top right corner) or check out by clicking “Checkout” in the bottom corner.


       
    4. Check what you have in your shopping cart anytime by clicking the “Cart” on the top right corner.


       
    5. If you choose to check out, fill in your details and follow the steps. You can choose your preferred payment method.

    Do take note that your order will be reserved for 20 minutes after which it will automatically be canceled.

    Customers can pay directly here on our site, through Paypal or through Ipay88, which accepts:

    How do I use my credit/discount coupon?

    Credit coupon codes or discount coupon codes can be entered during the checkout process. The new total cost will be reflected before you confirm the order.

  • Can I amend my order?

    Due to security reasons our customer service are unable to make any amendments after you have confirmed your order. This is because our warehouse moves really fast in order to ship your parcels as soon as they are confirmed.

    Our Customer service team are not able to catch up with that and hence, unable to amend your orders. If an order is cancelled , no cash refund is offered. We only offer refund in terms of credit note (20 days validity)
